Fast implementation

Steps to get started

Time is money. That is why our process is built for the rapid design, development, and implementation of a lead-producing marketing engine.
  1. 7 days

    Discovery and Alignment

    Objective: Understand product-market fit

In the Discovery & Alignment phase, we dive deep into understanding your product and how it fits within the market. We assess your target audience, analyze customer needs, and align our strategies to ensure the best product-market fit. This phase is all about gathering insights, clarifying objectives, and ensuring we’re on the same page before crafting and executing a tailored marketing plan

  2. 6 days

    Strategy Development

Objective: Create an actionable plan for targeted growth

In this phase, we take the insights gathered during Discovery & Alignment to create a detailed marketing strategy. This involves defining specific goals, identifying key messaging, determining channels to reach your target audience, and outlining the steps necessary to achieve growth. The strategy serves as the roadmap that guides all subsequent marketing activities.

  3. 14 days

    Tactical Implementation

Objective: Implement technical systems and develop required content for campaign launch

In the Tactical Implementation phase, we lay the groundwork of the marketing engine by setting up the technical systems and developing all the necessary content for the first campaign.

    • Lead scoring
    • Lead nurture workflows
    • Messaging for 1v1 campaigns
    • Email nurture campaigns
    • Lead magnets
    • Landing pages
    • Pop-ups
    • Ad conversion tracking
    • Customized dashboards
  4. 30 - 60 days

    Launch and Optimize

Objective: Launch initial campaign and optimize for improved performance. Generate first meeting within 7-14 days.

During the launch and optimization phase, the campaign will generate its first series of leads and eventually secure its first meeting.

A/B testing will be conducted to optimize all aspects of the campaign, aiming to lower the cost per conversion and increase lead quality.

  5. 60+ days

    Scale Campaign

Objective: Scale the initial campaign across different industries and marketing channels.

Once the cost per conversion is within the target customer acquisition cost (CAC) range (typically 4:1 or higher), scale the existing campaign and repeat the process for other industry verticals and untapped marketing channels.

  1. 6 Days

    Discovery and planning

Objective: Define project objectives, target audience, and website requirements.

During the discovery phase, the focus is on understanding the client’s goals, target audience, and specific needs for the website. This involves conducting stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and audience research to gather essential information. A site map and wireframes are created to provide a visual representation of the website's structure. This step ensures that all parties are aligned on the project’s purpose and helps set a realistic timeline and budget.

  2. 14 Days

    Messaging and content strategy

Goal: Develop high-quality, relevant content that aligns with the audience and business objectives.

Content strategy involves identifying the type of content (text, images, videos) needed to engage users and meet business objectives. It includes keyword research, creating SEO-optimized content, and planning how the content will be structured on each page. Content creation may also involve writing new copy, repurposing existing material, or gathering user-generated content. The content must be informative, engaging, and targeted to speak to the specific pain points of the audience. This phase ensures that the website delivers the right message and provides value to visitors.

  3. 18 Days

    Design and user experience

Objective: Create an intuitive and visually appealing design that delivers a seamless user experience.

In the design phase, the look and feel of the website start to take shape. Designers use the information from the discovery phase to create mockups and visual elements that align with the brand’s identity. User experience is prioritized by ensuring the site layout is easy to navigate, responsive, and accessible.

Wireframes are refined into high-fidelity prototypes that showcase how the final product will look. The goal is to ensure that every design element—from typography to color schemes—resonates with the target audience and makes interactions simple and intuitive.

  4. 24 Days

    Development

Objective: Translate the design into a functional, responsive website.

During the development stage, developers take the design files and code the website using suitable technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end programming languages. This stage also involves integrating a content management system (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or custom solutions to make content updates easy.

The website must be fully responsive, meaning it works across various devices, including mobile and tablet. Attention is given to optimizing the site for speed and security.

  5. 5 Days

    Testing and quality assurance

Objective: Identify and fix bugs to ensure a seamless, error-free user experience.

Testing is essential to ensure the website performs well across different browsers, devices, and user conditions. This step involves checking the functionality of all links, forms, scripts, and features to make sure everything is working as expected.

Usability tests are performed to gauge how easily users can navigate the website and find information. Additional testing includes performance (site speed), compatibility (browser and device types), and security assessments.

Any bugs or inconsistencies found are addressed before the website is launched to ensure a smooth user experience.

  6. 3 days

    Launch

Objective: Make the website live and accessible to the public.

The launch phase involves migrating the website from the staging environment to the live server.

Before the official go-live date, a final check is conducted to ensure all functionalities work properly and there are no broken links or missing elements.

The domain and hosting settings are configured, and search engines are notified of the new site. During this period, developers are on standby to troubleshoot any unexpected issues that may arise.

  7. Ongoing

    Maintenance and optimization

Goal: Ensure the website continues to perform well and remains up to date.

Once launched, regular maintenance is required to keep the website running optimally. This includes updating software (CMS, plugins, security patches), backing up data, and making performance enhancements. Analytics are monitored to assess user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion rates.

Optimization may also involve refining the design, content, and SEO strategies based on user feedback and performance data. Regular maintenance is essential to ensure the site remains secure, fast, and relevant to user needs, and it helps adapt to changing business objectives and market trends.
